Booking & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
- The balance payment must be made before the specified due date.
Travel Documents
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, permits, and health certificates.
- Travel Options shall not be responsible for losses arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
Changes & Amendments
- Travel Options reserves the right to modify itineraries, hotels, transport arrangements, and sightseeing schedules due to operational requirements or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
Travel Options acts as an intermediary between travelers and airlines, hotels, transport providers, cruise operators, visa authorities, and other service providers. We shall not be liable for:
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Hotel overbooking
- Loss of baggage
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Acts of government authorities
- Any circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra
