Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation charges may apply as follows:

Group Tours

  • More than 45 days before departure: Administrative charges only.
  • 30–45 days before departure: Up to 50% of tour cost.
  • Less than 30 days before departure: Up to 100% of tour cost.

Flight Tickets

Refunds are subject to airline fare rules and cancellation policies.

Hotel Bookings

Refunds depend on the hotel's cancellation policy.

Visa Fees

Visa fees, embassy fees, service fees, and courier charges are generally non-refundable.

Insurance Premiums

Insurance premiums are subject to the insurer's terms and conditions and may not be refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 15–30 working days after receipt from the respective suppliers.

No Show

No refund shall be provided for unused services, missed departures, or no-show cases.
