Day-by-Day Itinerary

Arrival at Ahmedabad – the largest city in Gujarat, known for its deep cultural heritage and modern vibrancy. On arrival, proceed for sightseeing (based on your arrival time): Sabarmati Ashram – Once the residence of Mahatma Gandhi, this peaceful ashram on the banks of the Sabarmati River holds immense historical significance. (Closed on Monday) Adalaj Stepwell – A five-story intricately carved stepwell built in 1498, offering a glimpse into ancient architecture. Swaminarayan Akshardham Temple – A magnificent temple dedicated to Lord Swaminarayan, famous for its spiritual ambience and architecture. (Closed on Monday) Atal Bridge – A modern pedestrian bridge with colorful lighting, perfect for evening photos. Sabarmati Riverfront – Ideal for a relaxing evening stroll with views of the river. After breakfast, drive to Kevadia (approx. 200 km – 4 hours), home to the world’s tallest statue: Statue of Unity – At 182 meters, it's a tribute to Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Explore the statue’s observation deck, museum, and exhibition hall. (Pre-booking recommended) Sardar Sarovar Dam Viewpoint – Witness engineering marvels and scenic landscapes. After breakfast, proceed towards Dwarka (approx. 230 km – 5 hours), with a stop at Porbandar: Kirti Mandir (Porbandar) – The birthplace of Mahatma Gandhi, now a peaceful memorial. Upon reaching Dwarka, visit: Dwarkadhish Temple – An iconic 5,000-year-old temple dedicated to Lord Krishna. Rukmini Devi Temple – Dedicated to Krishna’s consort, Rukmini, known for its architectural beauty. Gomti Ghat – A holy riverfront where pilgrims take a dip. Bhadkeshwar Mahadev Temple – A coastal Shiva temple with panoramic views. Sudama Setu – A pedestrian bridge offering splendid views of the river and city. Swaminarayan Mandir (Dwarka) – A modern temple with peaceful surroundings. Bet Dwarka Temple – Take a short boat ride to this island temple believed to be Lord Krishna’s original residence.
