Useful Tips Before Booking

  • Green tax of US$ 6 per person per night, regardless of age, has to be paid directly at the resort or hotel.
  • Effective as from the 10th of September 2020, all guests entering Maldives will have to present a negative PCR test certificate on arrival.
  • The negative PCR test certificate should be written in English and must be obtained within a maximum of 72 hours prior to the first port of embarkation
  • In addition, an online health self-declaration form must be submitted not more than 24 hours prior to guest arrival in the Maldives. The online form must be completed via https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/
  • Also passengers will need to undergo a mandatory Covid 19 test at the resort 72 hours prior to their return back home. The cost for the same will be directly collected at the resort.
  • At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).

  • We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
  • The cost and ticket issued for various attractions with regards to any children travelling are based on the age provided at the time of creating the package quote. If the service provider decide to charge extra cost based on the height of the children or wrong information as per Passport, then the cost has to be borne by the customer on site.
  • The rate quoted and shown is only valid for Indian passport holder. If you are not an Indian citizen, then please contact us to get the updated rates before confirming the booking.
  • We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will appl

  • Guest will have option to pay 10% of tour cost & reserve their seats .
  •  If guest sure of their travel plan , they will get instant discount and have to pay offer price.
  •  Those availing offer of Book Now, Travel Later for them offer price won’t be applicable, they will pay the actual tour price .
  •  Those availing Book now Travel Later offer will have to pay only 10% of tour cost per person & get 45 days as time limit  to decide their travel plan.
  •  Booked under offer though the validity to travel is 90 days, guest has to inform us 45 days prior to their date of travel.
  •   Surcharge / taxes not calculated once date is confirmed by guest, our sales person will inform in writing if any charges are applicable or no.
  •   The above offer transferable & can be gifted as well by paying nominal charge of Rs.2500 pp within the time limit.

  •  These offer terms are governed by the laws of India at the court of Mumbai will have the exclusive jurisdiction over any matter / dispute arising out of or in any relation to the above offer .
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 25% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases , we will try our best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
