Itinerary

  • Day 01 :- Arrive at Munich Airport and transfer to Innsbruck. –On arrival at Munich Airport, you will be greeted by your personal Chauffeur outside the arrival hall, who will then drive you to Innsbruck. Innsbruck is a colorful, picturesque city nestled in the Austrian Alps. Check In to your hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Innsbruck. (Dinner)
 
  • Day 02 :- Visit Innsbruck – The Tyrolean capital of picturesque Austria. Visit Swarovski Crystal Museum – the dazzling world of crystals. Guided city tour of Salzburg including admission to Mozart’s Birthplace-This morning, check out and enjoy an orientation tour of this beautiful city, Innsbruck. See the Golden Dachl with its fire gilded copper tiles, a characteristic landmark of Innsbruck, walk down cobblestone pathways of Maria Theresien Strasse. You may sit at one of the many outdoor cafes, admire the magnificent baroque architecture and relive medieval European culture. The splendid Alps in the background provide a perfect picture-postcard setting. Next proceed to Wattens, to visit the Swarovski World of Crystals and marvel at the crystalline works of art. Later proceed to Salzburg for a guided city tour. Revel in all that this city has to offer, like Mirabell Palace, Mozarteum (University of Music), Marionette Theatre, Trinity Church, Hellbrunn Palace (short stop), Palace of Frohnburg, Nonnberg Abbey, Siegmund‘s Gate, Festival Halls, Horse Bath, Getreidegasse and Blasius Church. Visit Mozart’s Residence. After completing the tour in Salzburg proceed to Zell am See. Check in to your hotel. Overnight stay in Zell am See. (Breakfast, Dinner)
 
  • Day 03 :- Day free to explore the beauty of Zell am See and Kaprun. –Today the day is free for leisure in Zell Am See. Zell am see is an Austrian town on Lake Zell and famous for its beauty. Zell am See – Kaprun is regarded as one of the most attractive ski regions in Austria. Three skiing areas, with a total of 138 kilometers of pistes, offer skiing fans and snowboarders a great deal of variety. They can enjoy the best local cuisine, served in the mountain huts, which is accompanied by magnificently intoxicating views. You can also visit The Kitzsteinhorn, which is at a altitude of 3,000 meters, which has a snowreliability of 100 %. You can also visit the Kaprun Castle, presumed to be from the 12th century or just enjoy the beauty at the Lake Zell. Overnight stay in Zell am See. (Breakfast, Dinner)
 
  • Day 04 :- Proceed to Vienna. Enroute visit Hallstatt. Funicular to Skywalk “World Heritage View”-This morning proceed to check out, as we continue our journey to Vienna the capital and the largest city of Austria. Enroute we stop at Hallstatt. Hallstatt is a small and beautiful town in the district of Gmunden. Explore the beauty of Hallstatt on your own. See the Marktplatz surrounded by traditional houses with balconies draped in flowers, shops and terraced cafes that line the square and the elegant Holy Trinity statue. You can also see the 19thcentury Evangelical Church of Hallstatt. Later enjoy the Panorama Funicular to reach the Skywalk. One of the most impressive lookout points in Hallstatt is the patio section of Rudolph’s Tower that hangs over the cliff side called the “World Heritage View” Skywalk.  The V-shaped walkway hangs 40 feet (12 meters) over the cliffside and literally juts out 1,148 feet (350 meters) directly above the roofs of Hallstatt’s village. Back to Hallstatt. Later continue to Vienna. Arrive Vienna and check into your hotel. Overnight stay in Vienna. (Breakfast, Dinner)
 
  • Day 05 :- Guided City tour of Vienna. Visit Schönbrunn Palace. –This morning, you will meet your local guide who will take you on a half-day guided sightseeing tour of Vienna’s Innere Stadt (1st District), which contains its Old Town. This entire area has been classified as an official UNESCO World Heritage Site. Today’s tour will take place inside of Vienna’s famed Ring. Your guide will show you Stephansplatz, which is home to Vienna’s iconic St. Stephen’s Cathedral. You’ll stroll down Karntner strasse, Vienna’s most-famous shopping avenue and see the nearby Vienna State Opera House. Continue your tour and explore Ringstrasse, the State Opera House, the Museum of Fine Arts, the Museum of Natural History, the Hofburg, Parliament, City Hall, the Burg theater and the University. Later we will proceed to Schönbrunn Palace, a former imperial summer residence located in Vienna, Austria. The 1,441-room Baroque palace is one of the most important architectural, cultural and historical monuments in the country. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Vienna.   • Day 06 :- Proceed to Budapest- The Hungarian Capital. –Enroute Orientation city tour of Bratislava. Post breakfast, check out and proceed to Budapest – the capital of Hungary. Enroute we stop at Bratislava – Slovakia for an Orientation tour of this beautiful city. Arrive Budapest and check into your hotel. Remaining day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Budapest.   • Day 7 Guided City tour of Budapest.-Enjoy the Danube river cruise. Enjoy your breakfast and proceed for a guided city tour of Budapest. You will be passing by the Parliament building before crossing the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will have some free time to yourself to visit the Fishermen’s Bastion. Tour will continue to the Gillert Hill before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge from where you drive towards the Heroes’ square, pass by the opera and St. Stephen’s Basilica. Later enjoy a cruise on the River Danube. Evening have some free time for shopping. Overnight stay in Budapest. (Breakfast, Dinner)
 
  • Day 08 Proceed to Prague – The Capital city of the Czech Republic.-After breakfast, check out and proceed to Prague. Prague is the capital and largest city in the Czech Republic, the 13th largest city in the European Union and the historical capital of Bohemia. Situated on the Vltava river. Arrive into Prague and check into your hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in Prague. (Breakfast, Dinner)
 
  • Day 9 Guided city tour of Prague – Witness the Walk of the Apostles at the Astronomical Clock. Visit Prague Castle –Today, proceed on a walking tour of this Fairy Tale city with a local guide where you visit the remarkable Prague Castle which is said to be the biggest castle in the world at about 570 meters in length and an average of about 130 meters wide. See the St. Vitus Cathedral the seat of the Archbishop of Prague. Onto the magnificent Statue lined Charles bridge famous mostly for the series of Baroque statues that adorn the bridge’s balustrade, and arriving into the Old town square to witness the unique walk of the apostles at the Astronomical Clock, See Wenceslas Square and many more. Important Notes

  • A person below 12 years of age on date of return flight will be considered a child
  • As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room.
  • All local taxes, entrances and services are calculated as on 20th June 2020, any increase in local taxes, entry tickets and other services has to be borne and paid by the traveller / agent
  • All transfers and extensive sightseeing with entrance fees (as specified in the itinerary) by an air-conditioned Van
  • Entrances will be as per the pre booked times only. If you reach late for pre booked entrances and miss the sightseeing, then no refund will be entertained as that will be under 100% cancellation
  • Van tours are private tours but will move as per the given itinerary
  • Hotels are away from the city centre, if you want a city centre hotel then there will be a small surcharge over and above your tour cost.
  • Midnight surcharge will be applicable for transfer between 2200 hrs – 0700 hrs
  • Most of the hotels in Europe are not Air conditioned

  • On reaching the Eiffel Tower, if there is long queue, we will take you to the Montparnasse Tower

  • Kindly note that on certain departure dates the tour routing could change. In some tours, there is also a possibility that the tour could operate in reverse itinerary. However, you will not miss any sightseeing or excursions that are mentioned in the itinerary unless its closed due to holiday or any other reason. Your Tour Manager will notify you the same

  • For any issues or redressal of any grievances, passengers/ end customers should approach their Travel agent only from where they have booked their tour
  • Any disputes and claims are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bombay High Court at Mumbai
  • We reserve the right to claim from the passengers, any additional expenses incurred due to delay or changes in the schedule of trains, flights, coach, cruise or other services
  • We reserve the right to change any itinerary for operational reasons and reasons beyond our control such as weather conditions, strike, etc.
  • We shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown or irregularity, which may occur in carrying out of the tour arrangement due to weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine and any other cause whatsoever and all such loss or expenses must be borne by the passenger
  • Touring Van are at the disposal every day and only for the services stipulated in the itinerary, however, use of the vehicle is limited to a maximum 11 hour period per day. As per EU regulations, the driver may drive for a maximum of 8 hours only, within the total 11 hours at disposal. After a 4.5 hours’ drive, the driver must have a break of 45 minutes. Thus, if the group commences use of the vehicle at 8.00 am, they must be back at the hotel by 7.00 pm and so on. Drivers must have a mandatory minimum of 11 hours consecutive resting period overnight. So if the group returns to the hotel at 10:00 pm the driver cannot commence driving again until 9:00 am the following day. Tour hours must not contravene beyond the legally permitted hours.
  • As per EU Laws, all passengers, including children of any age, must be seated and wear the seat belt provided when using any vehicle service.
  • In the event of a breakdown of a vehicle on a touring holiday, our liability will be limited; if, for any reason we cannot provide a replacement vehicle and that you miss out on a significant attraction we will reimburse the amount which we have paid to the supplier, though we will endeavor to replace the vehicle at the earliest. However sometimes delays will occur due to many reasons beyond our control. In this event we are also entitled to use a replacement vehicle that we deem fit to conclude the rest of the journey. The replacement vehicle may or may not have the same amenities as the original coach.
  • Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or vehicle during your tour shall be payable by you. We will not be liable for the same

  • Tour cost is payable in EURO out of BTQ entitlement of the passengers
